Veronica lived in Harrisonburg for 18 years and is originally from Cancun, Mexico. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. She graduated with a degree in Business Administrations and has graduation certificates as Financial Analyst and Administration of Small industries. Veronica has worked in Management positions for several large resorts in Cancun and worked as Vice President of a Travel Club based in Virginia with offices in different countries in South, Central, and North America as well as the Caribbean.
She has opened and operated restaurants in Harriosnburg and successfully sold them to the managers. Currently, Veronica co-owns L’Italia restaurant with her husband. She is married with two children, works as a Zumba instructor and is a Yoga fanatic.
