Wrapping presents for a Good Cause
VBS Mortgage participates in a day of holiday wrapping to celebrate what Christmas is really about. Giving to those you love is easy- and fun- on Christmas, but remembering what the season is really about and honoring everyone in our community can be more of a challenge. That is why VBS Mortgage joined forces with F&M Bank, Appeal Productions, Murphy Business Brokers, Evermore Construction, Nieder Chiropractic and Rehabilitation, Design Concrete Builders and Classic Kitchens to bring cheer to some children really in need of love this season- the children of Virginia inmates- through the Apple Tree Project of Kingsway. So... despite several inches of snow on the ground, we gathered at VBS on December 10th and wrapped away- and what a blessing it was to spend the time together, as a community, giving back. A sincere thank you goes out to all who made this project possible!
